I'm in need of new tires and can't spend a fortune (usual case). I am most likely going to go with Yokohama ES100's, but I wanted to see what people thought of the Nitto Neo Gen Tire's. My main concern is wet and dry traction and a decent (not awesome mind you) tread wear rating. Good driving tires don't have great wear ratings I know that, but just wanted something to put on the back of my S13. Hopefully someone has some experience with them.

ES100's are your best bet for what you want.

That or Potenza RE730's I know Sky likes those tires.

I can't speak to the Nitto, but I just put a set of Yoko ES100s on the G35. They grip really well, ride well and are fairly quite. Great tire for the money.

Yeah I had ES100's on my last car and loved them. They did wear a bit fast (of course that's mostly because of my driving style, lol), so I wanted to see if the Neo Gens would work for the rear of the car (I heard they had a good tread wear rating). I am going to get ES100's on the front no matter what They rock.
