On a rebuilt ka24de with intake, full exhaust system, pdm cams, 10.5:1 pistons, SAFC controller, what would be a safe shot you could run with out worrying about anything blownin or burnin up. Also I was considering upgrading to a the walbro 255 fuel pump an colder plugs. Lemme know what you guys think.

it depends also if your running a wet kit or dry.......Either way you need colder nitrous spark plugs. a few company's make them

Will I have to do anything with the timing?

yes. timing must be retarded for safety in the use of nitrous.
