well i know i can get an empty nitrous bottle and set up equipment for about 600 bucks, but how much does it cost to fill up the bottle, and also, where can i do it, and yet another question, how many uses of it will i get (standard size bottle, biggest i would go is 75shot)

For refill stations, dial 1-800-99-REFILL. Cost per pound here where I live goes $3.50 - $4.00.

Most kits come w/ a 10lb bottle. For a 100 shot w/ a 10lb bottle, you could probably go for an average of 10 quarter mile passes. (I've experienced surging when bottle is getting very low.)

I experience surging when my bottles get low. I usually surge to the liquor store to get more beer.

Just wondering how you are going to hide the Nitrous lines and setup from the Nissan Techs. Just tell them that you have setup your Altima to do dentistry in your spare time.

Sport Compact Car Magazine had a pretty good write up about Nitrous Oxide, this month. Check it out.
