I had a wet nitrous system on my old KA24E before I threw the SR20 in. It was about a 75 shot that worked great. I tried using the same jetting for the sr, but it just leaned way out and bucked. The SR is fine, nothing damaged, just blew a couple of intercooler connections off. I was curious if anyone else has nitrous on their SR, and what size nitrous jets you're using for a 40-50 shot. I have a Walbro 255l/hr fuel pump, stock SR fuel pressure regulator, stock injectors, gapped the plugs to about .028 or .28 whichever is correct, running about 10-12 psi boost and have a WOT switch. The bottle has a blanket and a heater, so the bottle pressure is usually between 850-900 psi. Any insight would be great!

what kinda hose clamps and do the ends of the pipes have the bump to keep the pipes on tight?

Not really too experienced with NOS although can't see how a 50-75 shot could be all that bad. But seeing that you're already at 10-12 psi it's already teetering on the verge of lean on the stock fuel system and you shouldn't have introduced the nos at that point.

My suggestion, ditch the NOS and run 10psi instead of 10-12 and hopefully not on the stock smic daily either.

I'm running rich enough to run nitrous. I had it dynoed and the a/f ratio was off the chart, running below 10:1. So i have enough fuel. I have a FMIC, so there's no problem there either.
