I did some work for a guy and as payment I got a Zex dry kit. I do plan on boosting down the road. Does anyone see a problem as far as tuning if I ran a shot no bigger than 75? I do have a MSD digital SCI, that will retard timing when I hit the button. Any thoughts if this will be ok or not?

I'd watch out for high mileage, it doesn't take much to upset the delicate balance of an old engine, perhaps one from 89'. Possible 75 insantanious hp and alot of heat hits your pistons and you'll find out in a hurry how well your engine has lasted. if you burn oil at all right now you'll be burning alot more after NOS.

I was talkin more on the lines of a built motor. I'm not really worried about a piston, or rings breaking down, I'd go with valves being the 1st to go on a old motor but it's hard to say. It's nitrous NOT NOS.;)

may wanna throw in a walbro255 to be on the safe side, it's cheap and your pump is old.the zex is gonna be askin for alot of pressure on the 75 shot.
