Welcome to NICO!
I have almost no experience with nistune so i'm not much help there but. The car was running fine, nothing changed wiht the tune now it doesn't run? Sounds to me like something lost connectivity or stopped functioning.

did you ever get the car to warm up? if not the cold start maps might be off due to the larger injectors and mods. injector latency is more for tuning idle and k constant is for cruising.

ideally your k constant should be adjusted so you see close the middle on the long term fuel trim when cruising under no load. aka flooring it.
