Nistech,I know you've been followng my whole clutch problem and what not, you know, the grinding in 1st and reverse, and grinding when shifting fast into next gear.... Well, I was thinking, would bad synchros cause all this? If so, I can just replace the whole transmission, and everything should work out right?

I mean, I've narrowed it down to the pilot bushing, and I'm sure if the pilot bushing isn't in far enough, it won't be that big of a deal as I am having now. Plus, the transmission is very old anyways, it's likely that something is wrong with it... It has 140k miles on it....

Plus, installing a new transmission is a piece of cake.

Ok and while your doing that, check to make sure the pilot bushing is in all the way. As chris said be sure you have gotten all the air out of your clutch lines too.

I actually just bled the lines 2 days ago to check if that was the problem, it wasn't.

Excellent, what I'll do pull the transmission, check the pilot bushing since it's the last thing, it'll either work or not work, then if it still has problems, run to the junkyard, pick up a transmission pop that in and cross my fingers.

Oh yeah, aslo, Nistech, what do you recommend of gear oil? I'm talking like the best. My car is supposed to be 75W 90, and somebody said GL-4 is the best for it. What brand should I go with? What do you use for your cars that you service?

I will get a contradiction for this but I use valvoline products. i have been using them since I have been driving. I swear by their products 100% . I am not your on the money service guy to my own cars. I had a truck I drove for 14yrs, drove it straight into the ground, I broke smashed or damaged about every external part on that truck over the yrs I owned it. I would go 14,000 to 20,000 miles without an oil change just kept adding a little more if it started to drop till I felt like doing the oil change. after all I did to that truck the one thing that never failed was the engine. that engine still had as much gusto as it had when I first bought it after all my abuse. All I ever used in it was valvoline products. It was living proof of how durable their product was. The reason I got rid of it is another story but it wasnt cause the thing stopped running , I got an offer on it I couldnt refuse.

Note I do not recommend you run your car that long with out an oil change.
