NissanVersa.org embroidered hats for sale

As some of you may know, I got my Versa about 2 months ago (July 27 to be exact). I found and joined this forum not quite a week later. This is a great place - nice people - and I've learned a lot.

I do some embroidery and thought I'd offer some hats for sale with the same "logo" as the decal (I hope it's final ). I contacted NICO staff for permission prior to making this post and it was granted.

SO...... here's what I've done:





The hats are $12.50, which includes postage. For another $1.00, I can add a name to the back of the hat. I can stitch the logo (and name) in different colors than those shown, like maybe red or blue.

Here's your options:

HAT - black, royal blue, grey, or khaki

THREAD - black, silver, white, red, dark blue, bright blue, dark grey (colors sound familiar ?? )

NAME ON BACK - in same color as front

The best way to order a hat is to send me an e-mail at [email protected]. Include in the e-mail your name, address, hat color, thread color, and if you want a name on the back, tell me exactly what you want (double check spelling, upper & lower case letters, etc.). I can accept PayPal payments, so when I get your e-mail, I'll send you a PayPal payment request.

(Almost forgot..... I'm going to a fish fry tomorrow afternoon so I'll be away from the computer from around 10:00am tomorrow till sometime Sunday afternoon. I'll respond to any e-mails sent during that time when I get back home.)

I wonder if some dealershiops would be interested in carrying a few of these?

I've been a Nissan fan since 1976. The first BRAND NEW car I bought was a 1976 Datsun B210 sedan. I honestly don't remember if it was a 2 dr or 4 dr, but I do remember I ORDERED it..... with a 1/2 landau top (white). The car was a darker blue. IIRC, it was around $4K and my payments were less than $100/month. I also at one point had a B210 hatchback. Got into the big 3 for a few years and then in '04, got smart again and went back to Nissan.

Well, all that had absolutely nothing to do with the hats, but I've returned to the fold and really glad I found this forum.

Someone would need to e-mail pics (*.jpg, *.gif, *.bmp) to me and I should be able to turn the "decal" into a hat.

As far as dealerships maybe having a few of the hats laying around..... I'll be sending you an e-mail shortly on some ideas I might have for that.

Sweet, another 210 owner!!!

Paula, we'll try to get the dealer thing going. We'd love to help you get the names of our sites out there! It's a win-win situation for us Especially if you can start making some ones for some of our other sites.

We've been tossing around the idea of some siloutte style logos like that for the other domains anyway, and getting them embroidered on a hat is a perfect idea!

I have a question, though... how do you adjust the headband? It's kinda tight on me, I'm hoping my head isn't too big (although I KNOW my EGO is... )

Step 1: Lift brass buckle thingyStep 2: Pull the fabric strip out a little bitStep 3: Push brass buckle thingy back down to lockStep 4: Try on to see if it fits, if not repeat steps 1 - 3

That's what I thought. It was already as big as it could be when you sent it. My head is just to big. Bigger than my ego!

Ah well... it fits, it's just really tight... so it will probably end up being a display on my dash at meets.
