ok...

so as many of you are familiar with nissans brake hardlines, they are the hard hoes and has the threads on a slidable top that pushes a lip shaped like a cone (male) on the hardline

on the inside looks like a cone is pushing up to meet it (female cone), made of rubber to make a good seal and seems to fit good inside of eachother

my question is this

i spent alot of time at my junk yard looking for similar brake lines that i could use for the z32 calipers (looking because i aquired one line and not the other at the yard)

the lines from a 525 bmw has the same diameter, same thread size, threads all the way down to the bottom, and is shaped the same in the female cone end as the nissan lines

the only difference is that the hole on the brake line is larger than the inlet hole on the calipers, will this cause it to leak and not be good enough of a seal???

i was thinking that since the way it is designed would create a good enough seal to keep any fluid from leaking out despite the larger hole on the brake line

any input would be appreciated thanks
