As a dog owner, I like some of the ideas shown but know that this will never hit the market.

I don't really see why it wouldn't. Everything except the cameras look to be a hatch insert that would run off the 12v power supply that is already run to the hatch. I could see this being done by an after-market provider.

It would almost certainly be at a price point that I would not consider for myself.
