Hey guys, I got a mail out from my local dealer, St. Clair Nissan for a winter accessories package. It was a very blurry black and white photocopy deal that includes: Rogue rubber mats (front and back), 2 winter wipers, 2 fuel injector cleaners, 2 windshield cleaner gallons, 2 Nissan tote bags and a Nissan touque. I went down and picked it up today and took some pics (I couldn't find the Nissan link that had the deal). It is pretty good value if you need the mats. [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]

Word of advice: Don't double up your floor mats! Remove your carpeted mats and just use the rubber ones.

Nissan issued a warning awhile back about the dangers of doubling up floor mats... there are issues with the accelerator getting stuck or limiting travel of both the accelerator and brake pedal. This can cause sudden unintended acceleration, reduced braking and acceleration.

This has become such a problem that Transport Canada recently issued a warning:

As for the Nissan all weather floor mats, they are OK. I had some in my Altima and found the edges weren't tall enough to keep water from spilling out. The Weathertech Floor Liners are much better as they have very tall sides... I use mine year round.

Yes, that is definately true. I just put them on for the pics before I got them dirty. I have felt my pedals stick on my 5spd Xtrail with Canadian Tire mats. Also, if you have aftermarket pedal covers like Razo, be espicially careful because the screws that mount the plates can protrude out and stab into mats.

That is a great deal. I hope the US will offer it too.

A couple of weeks after getting my Rogue I ordered the all season mats, the rear cargo carpet and the rear bumper cover. I love all season mats, they are easy to clean and do a good job for my needs. We don't get tons of snow here.

That is a great deal. Nice pick up.
