Can someone Pls. tell me why I can't have the Convenience package with ABS? and if I want the audio package I must also get the sun roof and XM radio? I would like to have the SL with ABS, the Convenience package and the Audio package but the Nissan Web site won't allow it. hmmmm

The convenience package is a prerequisite of the "high end" packages like satellite, sunroof and audio. What annoys me about the way the packages are sold are that the last 3 packages are not available separately, but they don't list them as just one single package, making people THINK they are available separately.

ABS and the convenience package are simply incompatible. Best that anyone has been able to come up with is that one or more of the parts for the two systems physically occupy the same space. We unfortunately cannot confirm this as of yet.

Unless Nissan finds a way to fix this, you have to choose EITHER ABS or the Convenience package. You have to figure out which is more important.

In Canada the SL's come standard with ABS. I also got the Tech Package. Not sure what is in the Convenience package or what might conflict with ABS.

Another theory going around is that the ABS is being held back as much as possible so that Sentra buyers won't have a hard time finding them. The Sentra is all new for this year and hasn't been doing so well in sales for the last few years.

There are only 2 things that a Canadian Versa doesn't ever have available, that are in the Convenience Package:

BluetoothSatellite pre-wiring.

Dunno what that means.

Canadian Versas have bluetooth in the SL Technology package. It is the Intelligent Key they don't have.

Nnow in the sentra's defense they have done awsome here in west texas...of course the $2500 rebate on an 06 has nothing to do with it though.....
