Nissan Versa Audio Upgrades

Does anyone know how easy it is to mod the audio system on a versa like adding a sub and removing door pannels

I have both done, but it was not a DYI project. I did take my car to an installer and have my interiors switched out and amped as well as placed two small subs in the rear. pix below...
