Was hoping that the premium 6 CD radio is also a Satellite Ready Radio. Would anyone know? I hate having to install after market radios since it always seems to attract thiefs.

I have the SL with the upgraded technology package (which includes the 6 disc cd, and subwoofer) and it came with Sirius Satellite Radio. I guess that means it is satellite ready, but I am not too sure.

All I did to flip to the satellite was hit the 'radio button' in the corner (top). It just switched to satellite.

If you have the SL technically it is. for proper operation it would have to be a factory unit to work with the deck, yes they can be bought$$$. but the cheaper option would be aftermarket sat unit and run it through the aux plug or AM/FM modulator. but if you plan to do more upgrades (sub, amps, high-end) an aftermarket HU would be the way to go, better sound quality, equalizers, multiple pre-amps, sub out, satellite and HD radio, etc...
