Can you tell me where the OBD plug is located on a Nissan Vanette Van 2006 diesel?

I believe its a law that it must be within reach of the driver, so typically its either under the dash, or located somewhere behind a little panel on the center console.
I'm not familiar with that particular vehicle though.
