I’m a big proponent of oem, only using aftermarket if the aftermarket part is made by the oem manufacturer, just doesn’t have the Nissan label on it. I looked up Nissan axles not long ago and they were over $250 per side. $50 axles are going to be remans, or if new they’ll be Chineisum. Reman means they’ve been ground down and some parts replaced. Grinding increases tolerances so they’ll wear faster this time around. New Chinesium, means junk, wearing faster than even the remans.
Stick with oem on something like axles and other drivetrain parts. Reman or rebuilt can be ok you just have to be careful what you buy. Chinesium is ok for fuzzy dice or mud flaps, when they fall apart it doesn’t destroy your vehicle or kill someone.
I found this after searching for one of your part numbers. It appears that a Nissan dealer has an eBay store and sells parts on line.
One thing I’ve learned is that sometimes the parts are even less if you go directly to the dealers website and most businesses have websites. I’m not sure where you might have found this part # for $50.

Here’s the same dealers homepage with axle parts.

It looks like you’re just getting an outer cv joint and you’d have to pop the old one off and put the new one on in this particular case. Which is fine the old axle shaft doesn’t really wear out unless it gets bent. I’ve done this often with other vehicles but never a Nissan.
