While surfing on the Internet, I found NissanUSA's youtube channel. They prepared 45 - 50 second short descriptive videos about Nissan Rogue. They are like "Quick Reference Guides":

However, just watching them after 15 minutes I found two mistakes:

1.The Around View Monitor http://youtu.be/Bnr9GMUWsOU

they tried to describe that innovative idea. However, throughout the whole video, the didn't close the driver and passenger doors. So yes, as you can expect, the advance video processor cannot combine views from four sides and the around view is not a "top view" anymore. So Nissan engineers in Japan spend years of developing this advanced technology and two idiots in Nissan USA "promotes" it with THAT video

2. Nissan Exterior Care http://youtu.be/JzCvpl_rrEk

This one is not as bad as the first one, at least the same MISTAKE was in the owners manual as well.

Here is a part from the movie:

" To wash your new NISSAN, remove dirt with a wet sponge and plenty of water. Use a mild soap or gentle dishwashing liquid mixed with clean lukewarm water."

Everybody, I repeat EVERYBODY, knows that you shouldn't wash your car with DISHWASING liquid.

On the other hand, on the owners manual of Nissan Rogue, it says:

"Do not wash the vehicle with strong household soap, strong chemical detergents, gasoline or solvents... Clean the vehicle thoroughly using a mild soap, a special vehicle soap or general purpose dishwashing liquid mixed with clean, lukewarm (never hot) water." (page 7.2)

The dishwasher detergent (mild or harsh) is not good for the finish of the car. It is designed to dissolve though food grease. How can a car company gives and advice like this?

Need a proof: Just a quick Google search and found this:

"Dishwashing detergent is meant to remove everything from the surface. That includes stripping the polymers off the paint surface... The effect is similar to what dishwashing soap does to your hands. Too much will dry the skin. On the surface of a car, the same thing occurs; dishwashing soap actually accelerates the oxidation process when used regularly." (Barry Meguiar). http://autos.aol.com/gallery/car-wash-myths/

"Don't use a household detergent to wash your car. This is one of the most common mistakes. Dish soap, laundry soap, and household cleaners are often too harsh to use on a caris paint. They can strip off the protective wax coating and possibly dull the paintis finish. A dedicated carwash formula, on the other hand, is formulated with a milder soap that doesnit affect the protective coating."
