nissan usa customer service sucks??

i've been request my window sticker (new viechel on the lot, each of them has a sticker shows the msrp and invoice price) since i bought my car last nov, they said they mailed out last month, but i still didnt get it yet, and regarding to the noise come from my driver side door, their reply was, try another local dealer.

Hmmm ... not a great dealer. Finding a good dealer is as important as getting a good price. Don't take your Rogue there for servicing! Take it to another dealer, tell them about your experience with your dealer, write Nissan too (they will club them over the head!).
