nissan sunny 2.0 gti cut out

Hi please can someone help. i have a nissan sunny 2.0 gti not pulsar its a non turbo, they are quite rare. It keeps cutting out, ive changed the distributor, distributor cap leads and plugs but it still cuts out, it can be fine for a while and then just cuts out, just goes dead and takes a few minutes to start up again but it does start. can someone please help
