NISSAN salesmen' discount

Well... my uncle is a NISSAN salesman and I was wondering what they pay for an Altima coupe. I'm looking at 4 cylinder one, btw. I heard they can buy at sticker price. Any insight?

I believe I heard their price was $1,000 below MSRP (without tax/title)

As a Tier 1 supplier to Nissan the discount is about 8% off sticker and I believe that is similar or same as Nissan employees. It's calculated as Dealer Invoice or DI - $100. I will try to find my paperwork. Either way, it's a good deal. Saves all negotiation.

I know its not Nissan, but my buddy bought an 07 F150 with the family "x plan". He shaved about $4000 off a $42k truck. I'm pretty sure there was a rule that you can't disclose you're using a discount plan when you meet with the dealer. You have to wait until you decide to purchase. I may be wrong about that. If you can get an "inside" price, more power to you! I live in Wyoming, so when I buy my Coupe later this year, I'm sure they'll try to f**k me.

I'll be using the D plan when I buy my Coupe, not a great discount but it guaranteed that I'm pretty much won't have to pay over invoice.

My brother is a Nissan Salesman as well and when I test drove the Coupe from another dealer, the sticker on it was $33.5K. I got it from my brother at $28.5K A considerable savings in my book! I would assume no matter what car you purchase the destination charges would have to be included...but idk??
