So Rogue sales are at 20700 between the US and Canada in the first 3 months. I know it may be early but it looks to me like the build quality of the Rogue is outstanding so far. Just take peak at some other forums for small crossovers and you'll see numerous posts for problems and issues, and this includes several significant problems on the small SUV sales leader the Honda CRV.

Oh wow, really! ... could you be more specific, what significant problems are there? ... are there any significant problems with the FWD CR-V?

Significant probably was a little bit to stong of a word for me to choose. Please note that the majority of CRV owners are probably happy with their vehicle. But there are some current issues and past problems that continue...ac...pull to right...rear differential. I traded an 03 CRV with a transmission issue with 45K miles. The rear differential problem is in AWD only.

Mixed problems for current and past years CRVs, including pull to the right in an 2008 CRV that was returned to the dealer:http://townhall-talk.edmunds.c.../5709

The stalling, and not starting issue was one of the items that stopped me from a CRV. That and the fact that the Nissan Dealer was a couple of miles away while the Honda dealer/service was 30 miles away.

Very impressive sales numbers for the Rogue. Nissan must be extremely pleased!!!

The Rogue is the third highest selling vehicle in the Nissan/Infiniti fleet. Altima sold 25k units, Sentra 6879 and the Rogue 6288.

Rogue outsold Versa by a very slim margin (6214) and all other vehicles for the company.

January Sales figures are out.

Jan '08 = 543508 sales total = 5435

October = 5,038November = 5,650December = 6,2882007 sales total = 17,808

Down a bit from December, but I'm sure Nissan is exceedingly happy with these sales figures so far.
