This might be a repost, sorry, but, does anybody know where to place the HID ballasts for the foglights? Will I need to remove my bumper to mount them on somewhere? Or do you just use mounting tape for them? Let me know ! thanks! :dblthumb:

Mount them any place you can that will keep them the driest. I use zip ties to mount my ballasts and check them every month.

Nice, I barely see any room to put them though... can you possibly get a picture? If it's too much that's fine. thank you for the input !

thats why im not into LED's yet. to much junk out there. the ones that are good quality LED's still cost to much to be cost effective.

I too can vouch for the effectiveness of installing PnP HID kit into the factory fog lamps. They're so good, that after my dad saw them, he replaced the aftermarket fogs he had installed into his S with a factory fog kit + PnP HID kit!

YOU CAN ZIP TIE THEM ANYWHERE YOU WANT. THEY ARE WATER/SHOCK PROOF. ANYTHING THATS CONVENIENT IS FINE.

I ran hid fogs but theyre wayyy to bright id find myself blinding people in the on coming traffic lane at night.

Yea it looks good and what not but Im not trying to be responsible for someone else crashing. I even got a ticket for my fogs being too bright.
