Hi, my car A/C is blowing hot air instead of cold air. I brought it to the dealer and they replaced the condenser. And it it did not fixed the problem. Now they're saying its the compressor. And again they installed a new one and again its still not working. When I press the A/C button I don't hear any "click". Any ideas what might be the problem?

Thank you.

:welcome: to NICO! If this is a Nissan dealership you're dealing with - I'd start by talking to the dealer's service manager, they've thrown some expensive parts at it to not have a real fix. As far as a common issue with the Rogue A/C, I'm not aware of any - but some of the members that are more familiar with your model may have some ideas. All Nissan A/C systems are controlled by your car's computer, so several sensors have to read "good" before the compressor can activate.

AC Clutch. It's very common failure on these vehicles.

Yeah that's crazy! Just throw parts at it and see if it works after! Dealerships suck and don't know how to diagnose problems, they just throw your money at the problem.

Like Q451990 said I would have some strong words with the service manager and tell him I'm not paying for all this s*** since you don't even know what the problem is.

The A/C amp is the A/C and heat control panel on dash. it has a computer in it and talks to the BCM on the CAN bus. If the BCM sees A/C switch on and blower on it will signal the ECM for A/C The ECM will look at your system low pressure switch and will then signal the IPDM module to turn relay on for the compressor clutch.

Possible causes
A/C amp (or subsystem and sensors)
BCM
ECU
IPDM
low pressure switch
Relay
CAN bus communication issues

Like everyone else said. Talk to the service manager and you should not pay a cent more to have it fixed. If the service manager does not help you, call the regional manager.
They should reimburse you the labor charges and discount you on the parts they installed. May I ask how much you spent at the dealer?
