Nissan rogue 4DSD or Sport Utility Vehicle?

I have had the rogue for about 1 month and i finally received my license plates and registration. I looked on the registration and realized that the Nissan rogue says TYPE: 4DSDDoes that mean my car is considered a 4 door sedan car???Because Hawaii tint law states that trucks/sport utility vehicles can have dark tint (anything) on windows excluding drivers and passengers (35%)But cars here need to be 35% around the whole car.Anybody know if our rogue is considered a sport utility vehicle?i dont want to get a $500 ticket per window for illigal tint

By the way doesnt the rogue come tinted in the back from the dealer darker than 35%

You should check with your local department of transportation, or something equivalent (where you get your car registration for example, or your car insurance company).Since the car is certified over there, it is under a certain category, especially if your local laws are different dependent of the type of vehicle.
