Nissan Rogue. 2014

Leased 2014 Rogue SL. Within a week I had multiple issues-kept getting voice recognition initializing every time I tried to make a call, lock up and could not change channels, shutting down and reloading. The dealership got me a new unit for $5k. First day back every time I try to make a call I got voice recognition initializing. Sometimes takes 2-3 times go hitting the call button and getting that message in order to make a call. Dealership seems at a loss. I have call into their consumer affairs. Any ideas? Issues with my apps sometimes saying blue booth not connected but they are.

When you say $5k unit, did they make you pay 5k? I avant believe a radio costs that much anyway... if it's a lease and it's a good dealer and you b**** about it enough they should keep replacing it or get you into another rogue

They paid for it-I just have invoice. It took almost 3 weeks to get the part. I drove a 2014 Altima for those 3 weeks w no issue. Get my car back with new unit and same issue. Only have 1400 miles on vehicle and 400 were on it when I got it. I've seen on the forums lots of issues w the unit-but none like this...
