I have read the manual, been on the Nissanusa.com website and on other sites and they all say the same thing, "press the talk button on the steering wheel",
there is no talk button on my steering wheel, just buttons on the right side of the steering wheel for cruise control,

is this model even Bluetooth compatible?

GOOGLE BING ASK

Your thread question is worded slightly incorrectly, as all vehicles are Bluetooth compatible, just by adding an aftermarket kit. You were a little closer to the correct question with your second post. For the 2011MY, there were three trim levels S, S KROM, and SV. Bluetooth was standard only on the SV trim level.

If there are no Bluetooth controls on the steering wheel, then your vehicle is not equipped with factory Bluetooth.

There is a factory Bluetooth accessory kit also.
I'm pretty sure it will work on a 2011.
Not cheap, but clean.
