The run flat tires are not able to be patched or plugged, they have to be replaced. And when you replace them you have to get the tire rim combo. That is the way it is made. And they are not cheap $632.00 each and can only be purchased through nissan. It blows my mind that nissan would put something like that out there. So when you get ready to buy tires in couple of years it will cost you around $2400.00Be aware of the run flat tire pax system it is not all it is made out to be.......The pax system was available on the 06-08 models and comes standard with the Nav package......my suggestion? Buy aftermarket rims and tires, tire pressure monitors and valve sleeves (needed for the tpms system), total - you're out about 1300 bucks as apposed to the 2400 it would cost

Most run flat systems are the same way...not worth it in my book. Fix a flat and or plugs are ALWAYS in my trunk.
