1989 Nissan Pulsar NX SE

I have a 1989 Nissan Pulsar NX SE, which I have had for a number of years, the problem is it sputters, I have had the engine rebuilt, new sensors, but it still want get in power to really go, maybe 20 miles per hour, any tip, oh I have had the Transmission rebuilt also.

It could be any number of things. Check the Big Three: Air, Fuel and Spark. Any one of those could cause that symptom or it could be the timing.
