nissan primera 1.6 lx - 2.55-1995 anti theft system

the remote control of the anti theft from the car are broken.i bought a new one, but here on Angola nobody have the machine to reprograme the system for the new remote.how can i bypass the system?our just say goodbye to the car?Please, help.
