As my English is (much) better than my Japanese, Iwas wondering if there are any Nissan President owners in the US, that have compared neccessary parts for the President, that are equal to the parts that were used foir the Q45 uptil 1996.

When I am checking for a wheel bearing module, I see that Rockauto has these for like € 50, whereas these parts are much more expensive from Japan.

But, how to find out, if these are the same?

Your best bet is to look up the factory part numbers and see if they are the same. The RockAuto part will be an aftermarket part with it's own part number, but they often have cross-references listed.
