Your video doesn't show a valve stem seal problem, but it didn't show the rear of the truck right at start-up. A valve
stem seal problem will show up as a puff of white smoke at start-up when the truck has been sitting for a day or two.
Was the truck cold when started in the video? and does the black stuff that goes on the floor dry up and just leave a black powder?
If so, that's just normal condensation in exhaust pipe. Combustion in an engine that running right produces CO2 and
H2O. If the exhaust is cold, the H2O will condense on the inside of the pipe, and then get blown out the tail pipe as
water, picking up some black crud on the way down the pipe.
You never answered whether the truck was using any oil? And I'll ask whether it was using any coolant?
