Nissan parts interchange reference?

Is there such a thing as a parts interchange reference guide for Nissans and Infinity? I know junkyards have these guides and other manufacturers like Ford and Chevy have had these out for a long time. Any links or leads would be much appreciated.

There's no Nissan/Infiniti xref because the part numbers share the same system. If both brands use the same given part then they will have the identical number in both catalogs.
