Nissan not taking responsibility

Air bag light comes on when I am sitting in the passenger seat. My daughter 145lb adult and the light is constantly on telling me the airbag is off. I have a 2009 Nissan Maxima, It's in the shop now for the same problems (3) times. They just called and told me to come pick it up. They didn't fix anything because it does not register anything. Tell your daughter to sit straight up, don't lean back. hahah. I have taken my daughter there, so they can see the light on .(2) times. they saw it. they put my grand baby in it and the light did not come on for her. and her weight is about 55 lbs. go figure They paid for my rental, 2010 nissan, as soon as my daughter got in light came on, Does my daughter have to sit in the back seat.

Something is wrong, cause i reading this problems everywhere. How do i go about lemon law. Help

Well thats a saftey issue so it should be taking more seriously. Ya take it somewhere else. Maybe call the GM at that place and tell him how you feel?

You can always go straight to Nissan North America if you have issues with dealer service, too.

thank you guys. I pick up my car. and they basically said that tell her to sit straight. I guess she can recline the chair. We tried all positions in that chair. It a recall and they don't want to do it. I went on line and several people all reporting the same thing with there 2009 nissan, and i know it is the 2010. They told me to call the corporate office, which i am. then i going to feel out the lemon law.
