Nissan Murano Side View Mirrors, only certain ones for certain options?

Hello all! I am trying to find passenger side view for my mom's murano on ebay. I'm trying to help her out so she doesn't have to spend what Nissan is asking for. Looking at each ad, all of them keep stating the particular mirrors they are selling only fit cars with no heated mirror and no memory options. Some also state no leather also falls into that category. My mom has an 03 SL with leather and when they say memory I am assuming the memory seats also adjusts the mirrors, of course I have never witnessed this whenever I got the chance to drive it. So, do any of you guys have any thoughts? I will research the part number tomorrow when I get the chance.
