You should get the dimensions of the car seats then measure the seats in the Murano and see if they will fit.
Also something else to check would be to see if the seat belts are all on the correct side.

in my experience with car seats, i can't imagine a murano securing 3 across the rear seats. i've seen 2 baby seats in an xterra, and there wasn't much room left in the middle for much else than a few toys to keep the babies occupied.
*edit- upon clicking a few of those links in the google search, it seems it's more of a problem with the car seats being too wide than the seat space available. i guess everyone i know with childrens prefers the escalades of carseats over the civics.
