I replaced the EGR valve, bought a IACV from dealer, clean throttle body and the car is still surging at start up? Anyone have a clue what this is or could be? It is at a shop but not a Japanese Repair shop where i shoulda took it first. They havent been able to tell me what wrong so am giving them a little more time. Could this be the wire harness or ecu? Is it true the electric motor mounts can short the ecu. A bad ecu or wire harness would show a code right?

There are 2 threads related to your problem and both of them fixed by spraying WD-40 on the throttle cable as it is connected to the throttle body. Here is one with answer provided by "tigersharkdude."
