Nissan Maxima P0420 & P0430 QUESTION (HELP)

Recently my 2001 Nissan Maxima AE with Injen intake and rouhly 87000miles threw the P0420 & P0430 code. I know that both precats are toasted and something needs to be done to fix the check engine light.My dilema is how to fix this problem.BTW, I also want to add a catback exhaust, most likely the GReddy Evo 2. My first impression was to order the eastern precats and the exhuast and have them put on. What is your comments on this idea. Would it keep my check engine light off with added performance as well.My second idea was to add some kind of header,etc. haven't really done my homewrk on this option.Please elaborate with detail on what the options are and therepossible outcomes with turning the check engine light off. Please help I have been toying with this for like 2 weeksand want to purchase the parts. Thanks in advance.
