I had my battery changed recently by a small shop. I started up the car and checked a few odds and ends and adjusted my radio presets and clock as both lost their settings. When arriving home, I tried to lock the doors with the remote lock and didn't function. I then tried with the power door locks in the door and that failed as well. I then did a check of most of the electronic devices and noticed the rear defroster no longer activates as well. The fuses were checked by the small shop that replaced the battery and said all was good and also checked with Nissan service and said nothing regarding the battery change should affect the power doors/keyless remote/rear refroster.

Is there something that may need to be reset or did something fail in the 20 minutes the shop had the car (from a few items I read it may be a module that failed?). It is hard to believe that for 9 years I had no issues and the 20 minutes it was in the shop something died.

Any thoughts/help would be appreciated.
