Nissan Maxima 1991 headlights problem

Hello Maxima fans. I have Maxima 1991. I have problem with left headlight. Right side works ok. But left is not working. No high or low beams on left side. 12v on both sides when lights on. Where is low and high beams relay located? Could that be the problem? I have checked the fuse and its ok. Need help. Cant drive at night. Thx.

So are you using you have 12 VDC on the connector, yet you the bulb is not turning on on the LH side? If so, check the ground connection. Check the bulb, too. Below is the EL chapter (Electrical System) of the FSM (Factory Service Manual). The wiring diagram is on page EL-29. It's for a 94 Max but should apply to your car.

Yes. Exactly! I have 12v of DC on both sides, yet left headlight wont turn on. The bulb is fine. I even switched bulbs. Same story. All check the ground connector.
