Nissan Maxima 06 a/c low pressure hose leaking

I have an A/C low pressure hose leaking. Dealer wants almost $300 for replacing hose and recharging A/C. I found the line for only $77 and going to replace by my self. The question is, how to properly recharge A/C without damaging compressor?
