I'm currently running a nissan ka24det parts listed

Nissan ka24de
Ebay t04e t3/t4 turbo
Ebay turbo cast manifold
eBay inter cooler kit
Nissan 370cc injectors
Warlbro 255 fuel pump
Unknown Pistons
11lb. Flywheel
Xtd stage 4 six puck clutch
Apexi safc2
VG30 maf
Stock ecu.

Problem is been trying with the tuning and every time I'd get it right. The car runs fine,
But if the car sits and cools down or not running for long. (Overnight) I'd start the car up and it'll throw out black smoke and smell of super rich gas fumes. :wtf2: The car sputters on low acceleration, and would smoothen out once r.p.ms increase or when the boost kicks in. Need help as to why it'd run like so. Had an issue before with da,e symptoms and turned out the inter cooler pipe came out. Fixed it ran fine, this time everything is connected and secured good, triple checked, and reinstalled and checked again. Yet this issue continues. Please help.

Simple solution, get a tuned ECU or look in the KA-T section on other options. I would never try to run a KA-T on just a SAFC.

Do you have a wideband O2 sensor? You'll need to know if you're running richer than you need to be under boost, and can afford to back off on the fuel a bit to have better idle.

I have an aem wideband. Car ran fine before the safc cut off. Got it connected all wires and piping is installed correctly. Triple checked and verified everything is good. Installed a vg30 maf. Now it's reading 100% airflow even with car off. Disconnect wires and it zeroes out. Reconnect and it goes to 100% it's wired in correctly. Switched to stock maf same thing. I know if it's reading 100% airflow it'll program the injectors to match the airflow. I've even set the safc to -50 across the hi and Lo settings and even tried various settings I've found online with similar setups.

How old are your coolant and o2 sensors?
Mine did the same thing and when I changed all of those sensors, it helped. I'm still running rich after an overnight start up, but it was cutting off before while now it will actually continue to idle.
