Nissan KA24 Stalls/Bogging at 2,500RPM and Above ///Help, what to do?

I have a Nissan Truck 1990 KA24 MPI that cannot exceed 2,500 RPM. If it does get to 2,500RPM, it bogs out like too much gas. Exhaust smells rich and black smoke from exhaust.Tried changing oxy sensor and Map Sensor and Throttle Position Sensor, and air flow meter but still same.

break out a volt meter and check the ground to your Airflow meter. should be less then .2v also try wiggling the harness along the valve cover while its idling see if that effects the idle.
