Oh well.. i always thought that Infiniti was more of a North American Brand anyway... i was shocked that the new skyline is badged Nissan but i guess that is the stronger name Internationally..

on the positive, The Ex is the Skylines sibling.

I am gonna start slapping GTR badges on it now.. ( i am kidding.)

the EX is nowhere near what a skyline is. nothing about it, except the nissan/infiniti name. the performance/handling isn't even close. in fact, it's not even close to a g sedan let alone a real skyline.

The skyline owners are always upset when Nissan tries to bump its sales by using the Skyline name or shape. I remember they were upset when the sentra se-r got the r33-like front bumper.To me it is upsetting because it delutes the brand images. I was happy driving an infiniti, thank you. Now I have a skyline-wanabe that will never live up to that name. Let see how many they'll sell in Japan.
