Nissan hood hinge question

93 nissan 240sx convertible w/ s15 conversion

I posted this question in the nissan tech forum hoping for an answer to no avail. I'm doing a s13- s15 fron end conversion and my hood hinges don't work. I read somewhere that hinges from an s14 240sx would work and also from the s15 silvia. But the only hinges I have been able to find anywhere are for the 95-97 sentra/200sx. Now i know that the s14 200sx and 240sx shared some characteristics and also that the s15 is called a 200sx. But does this mean that those hinges from the 95-98 sentra/200sx will fit the s15 hood?. the problem with the s13 is that the hinges are too shour and dont fit. And help would be greatly appreciated thanks much.

not the 200sx unless you're lookin at some european or japan spec car. s15 hinges are what you need get those.

sorry to ask but where they seem impossible to find i have been searching for close to a month now. If someone knows I would greatly appreciate it. I'm just confused and frustrated at this point and ready to finish my car.

The 200sx S-chassis is a European Market Car. It's the same thing as the S13-S15 silvias. We have a quite a few members in Europe and Japan, I'm sure they could get the part #'s for you, even ship them to you.

have you checked enjuku racing, phase2motortrend or j-spec? I'd probably give enjuku a call first then phase2.
