Nissan Hardbody Wiring Harness Problems.

I have a 1990 nissan hardbody ka24e that caught on fire and completely toasted my wiring harness and dash.

I removed the dash, heating duct, and wiring harness already and I found a 1994 dash and wiring harness and installed the wiring harness yesterday.

All the wiring is the same but i have no power going to anything. Im pretty 100% sure everything is hooked up right.

I am wondering if the ecu could be fried? anyone have any thoughts or opinions?

Did you check all your fuses?

I did. I took a test light to the fuses and the bottom row is hot but the top isnt. All of the fuses are good though.
