Something I noticed tonight,

Pretty soon a clean, rust free Hardbody frame will be worth a lot of money if they aren't already. I was shopping CL tonight and noticed that at least 50% of the trucks on there had rotten frames. The clean trucks commanded top dollars from sellers. It looks like many Hardbodies died because of the frame cancer and many more will be doing the same thing. I guess that is good and bad. Good because there will be plenty of parts trucks available to us. Bad because the good condition trucks will be expensive and rare. Maybe I have been living under a rock for longer than I thought but it's like watching an extinction right before my eyes.

I'm glad I live down here without all of that snow and salt!

You guys would make a killing out here I swear. So many HBs are being scrapped because of soft frames.

Nothing rusts in Arizona.

The interiors do get hammered by the sun though.

Yeh I'd say Steel Blue, forgot the Nissan name for it. Thanks for the compliment, just waiting for some final preparations before I can take her out.

Check carefully. They typically rot from the inside out due to it being a boxed frame. Salt/gunk collects inside the frame rails. Often, by the time damage is evident from the outside, it's way too late.

It's why Toyota was buying back Tacomas.
