Doubt it, they're certainly not the right size tires for the car, and who knows if the rim widths/offsets are compatible, (most likely no) Plus you can probably get an aftermarket setup specific for the car, that looks similar for less money.

Stock GTR front 20x9.5" with 45mm offsetStock GTR rears 20x10.5 with 25 mm offset

I bet they'd fit and look pretty good too, but then again, I also bet that they are expensive. Find someone with a GTR that has replaced their stock wheels and see if they'd let you test fit them too your car.

Stock GTR front 20x9.5" with 45mm offset Will not fit, offset too high. I dont even think you can mount it on the spindle. I am running 9.5 with 25 offset on /235/35 with hairpin clearance btwn rim and strut. Will need a 20mm Spacer.

Stock GTR rears 20x10.5 with 25 mm offset.Since this is nico, i will just say, Will not fit, technically speaking. To make them fit, You will have to roll/pull the fenders and run stretched tires.. Inner clearance is not a problem

Offsets and fitments aside, those tires sizes are a full 1.25 inches taller than stock. If you want to change your speedometer and performance characteristics, go ahead. I went up to a 255/35-20 which is .25" taller then stock and i swear i can feel it in the accel/braking...

The stock 19" M45 wheel has a 50mm offset and is 8.5 inches wide.

at 9.5inch which is technically 25.4mm split 12.7mm on each side closer to the strut and fender. With 20" wheels technically most people should get as close to the same diameter tire. Technically those 235/35/20" tires are just a hair smaller than stock by about 1/4"

With the GTR 20" with 45mm offset that would take it 5mm farther away from the strut which is only a difference of 7.7mm closer than stock. Are the stock wheels really that close to the strut?

When you say they wouldn't even fit on the spindle....it's just under 8mm difference so I find it hard that they wouldn't come close to fitting.

Just noticed you were talking about the 2003-2004 M45 for your fitment, and after running the numbers I think for at least the front....the 2006-8 model m45 would fit fine.

Just noticed that as well....definitly a tire change would be needed to get the tire diameter closer to stock M45 diameter.
