Its obviously abroad.. but why does the tow-truck have english on it lol?

I wonder what insurance rates are in china...

or high speeds, and high altitudes will cause the metal to flex and if the weather is cold, it will remain flexed in a unwanted shape...lol

Technically it's not the same insurance rates as in China since HK is government under a separate system with it's own currency separate from China. Anyhow, the rates are high and the cost of car ownership is high because gas and the car itself is taxed quite heavily. Servicing is also expensive as it is really a luxury item cause public transport gets you anywhere you want to go for a lot less hassle. Nice place to visit but not where I want to live. A GTR is wasted in Hong Kong. A chaffered limo is what you really need when traffic Jams are normal.
