Nissan fuga!

Hey, I've been ending up on this forum more and more everyday!
I don't now where to post this as I can't find any "fuga" forum page and the infiniti m35 is the closest looking car to mine so I thought I'd post here!

I have just bought a Nissan Fuga 2006 350xv!

I've been struggling to find any "Real" information on this car on the internet as it's a Japanese import.
What I'm wanting to know is, can my head unit be converted to English by any means.

There's a website that I found that converts the head units to English and ships you a head unit from Estonia! Somewhere North-East of Germany.

There are even some places that convert the GPS/SATNAV to NZ regions! Which I'm also struggling to find any real information on.

I just want it to be in English! I don't care about the extra features! I don't want to lose functionality of the dash/console/CD Changer and so on and so fourth!

I can add Bluetooth by connecting it to the RCA ports on the back of the centre console. I'm willing to spend money if need be, but not thousands and thousands of dollars! I went to a local audio fitter who knows of websites that fit OEM units with android on them with all the wire harness and looms which connect to the car, camaras, radio, DVD, car wheel controls all remain functional through the new android based OS! But alas, I still can't find anything for MY model car!

Anyone with any information please help! I've been looking for weeks now and am loosing my mind! APPARENTLY it's been done before and people have managed to do this but NO proof/vidoes/pictures/shared experience have come to light!

I'm in desperate need of your help guys!

Yeah I've seen all those. The English buttons font bother me I have a clear label maker that indents the letters. It looks stock already. It's the English I'm losing my s*** with.
The other thing, there is a DVD drive in the glove box which I asume is for the GPS navigation but is it run from there or does that just run the DVD which gets used by the unit which has the GPS navigation in it.

The DVD drive in the glove box is for the GPS Navigation DVD. You can update to the latest version by buying a DVD online. If you do a thread search you can find different ways to buy the DVD.

Yeah but my head unit is for japan so it would still be for Japan tho right? Like it wouldn't run nz maps?
