Nissan fuga 450gt will not start

Hay has anyone had any issues after disconnecting their negative battery terminal and re attaching it. We did this on my car and now the car wont respond to the key fob, I no longer have and dash response for key I.d etc nor if I manually insert key their is no one home at all. Ignition wont respond at all. Has anyone had anything like this

Don't think, in the years I've been here, that I've heard of this. Are we sure the battery is good and giving juice? What happens if you add a jump box or cables to it? Does the car respond then?

Seems to me that the I-Key unit suffered memory loss from the power outage. Was the fob in the ignition slot when the battery head was removed? Re-programming might be necessary.

We tried jump starting still no one home battery is good and had fob checked that's good so could be main computer?

Is it possible to Program a new FOB by myself just got the new one sent up from Auckland but they can't program it until June 18th They recon

Not with an I-Key, but on an '08 there's a good chance a locksmith with Nissan software can do it without involving the dealer.
